PACKAGES:
Package 1 - $135 - Up to 2000 SF 25-40 images, Interior and Exterior
Package 2 - $185 - 2001-4000 SF 25-40 images, Interior and Exterior
Package 3 - $235 - 4000-5000 SF or 2+acres 25-40 images, Interior and Exterior.
Package 4 - $250 - Above 5000 SF 25-40 images, Interior and Exterior
Package 5 - $175 - Drone aerials and only exterior images up to 5 acres.

*Shoots further than a 15-mile radius of Salem will incur a mileage rate of $0.95 for each additional mile or a $20 minimum.
Add-Ons:
-Aerial Drone Photography - $100 when added to a package above. $125 when needed as a stand-alone shoot.

Consists of HD video walk-through along with some professional images. Pieced together with transitions, music, and titles. Length 2-5 mins.
-Virtual Slideshow Tour $75 Consists of professional images, both interior and exterior, pieced together with transitions, music, and titles. Length 2-3 mins
-Twilight Shoot $75 1-5 exterior High-Resolution HDR exterior images of the property shot during the twilight hour
* Appointments may be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours from the time. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed a $50 fee.
